By merging elements of different theories I can often offer a more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment than using singular forms of psychotherapy.

Approaches can be incorporated into almost any type of long-term or short-term therapeutic work, with children, adolescents, and adults, whether one-on-one, couples, with families, or in group settings.

An integrative approach can be used to treat a range of concerns, including depressionanxietypersonality disordersgrief, low self-esteemself-harmtrauma and PTSD, relationship issues, sleep concerns, substance use disorders, and eating disorders and many more issues and concerns that affect our wellbeing.

I am able to introduce strategies and techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness, humanistic therapy, meditation, breathwork, gestalt therapy and other modalities.
