My name is Deborah, I am adult and child counsellor and my  practice is called  Mirrality Counselling.

 

I am a fully qualified counsellor for adults and children and I provide a counselling service in Worcester, Droitwich, Tanworth in Arden, Solihull and also online.

The service I offer is flexible to meet your needs and I work so that sessions can fit around your life and day.  
I also work in schools as a school counsellor and work with children from ages 5 - 18 years together with a practice in and receive referrals from a GP Practice.  I am also an approved therapist for Anxiety UK.

 

​​As an in integrative counsellor I  work with more than one modality. An integrative approach can be used to treat a range of concerns, including depressionanxietypersonality disordersgrief, low self-esteemself-harmtrauma and PTSD, relationship issues, sleep concerns, substance use disorders, and eating disorders and many more issues and concerns that affect our wellbeing.

I am able to introduce strategies and techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness, humanistic therapy, meditation, breathwork, gestalt therapy and other modalities.
